  • At this time, the CryptoHunter Marketplace ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, the CryptoHunter Marketplace ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • The CryptoHunter Marketplace wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with any new product purchased, you may return the item for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the "Ship Date" on your invoice, subject to the following conditions:

    All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. DVDs must not be opened and must be factory sealed to receive a refund. All of the original packaging, including DVD, bonus DVD, case, booklets and liner notes must be included in your return shipment.

    Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund account. The CryptoHunter Marketplace is not responsible for the cost of return shipping costs.

    Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you are non-refundable.

    The CryptoHunter Marketplace cannot accept returned items received at the CryptoHunter Marketplace more than thirty (30) days past the "Ship Date."

    Promotional Items
    Occasionally, the CryptoHunter Marketplace may include a promotional item in your shipment at no cost to you. Promotional items may not be returned to the CryptoHunter Marketplace for a refund, credit or replacement for any reason.

    Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged, please return it immediately for a full refund. The CryptoHunter Marketplace will replace a DVD only if it is damaged or defective. Simply return the DVD and all of its original packaging. A replacement DVD will be sent to you, if it is available.

    Refunds
    The CryptoHunter Marketplace will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the return item. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

    Exchanging an Item
    The CryptoHunter Marketplace does not accept online orders for exchange. If you receive an item in error, please return it for a full refund.
